Formed in 2010 by Professor Bryan Horrigan with a strong emphasis upon the commercial dimensions of private, transnational, and international law in academic research and teaching, the Commercial Law Group is now led by Professor Ann Monotti.
It has more than 15 Faculty members actively engaged in a broad range of commercial research and teaching areas that include both higher research degree supervisions as well as electives and core units within the LLB, JD, and LLM courses.
Many of the Group's members also sit on Monash Law School's postgraduate advisory boards where they review units within their area of specialisation, provide advice regarding relevant offerings for the following year and make recommendations on the creation of new units.
