Computer Laboratory Helpdesk

The Law Faculty IT Helpdesk is your first point of contact in solving:

• Printing problems
• Account difficulties
• Word Processing worries
• E-mail glitches
• Password / access problems
• Research Access / Information Retrieval Difficulties

For detailed assistance with specific research technique problems - either CD-ROMs or on-line databases, library staff will be pleased to assist. In addition, the "Absolutely Fabulous" self help guide is available from Legibook, which is located in the Faculty basement.
