Domestic student feesMonash Law postgraduate coursework programs vary in cost according to the total credit points of the course and the time taken to complete the course. The following fees are applicable for domestic students commencing study in 2008.
*The course fees listed are for students commencing in 2008 and provide a guide only for future years. These fees reflect a standard full-time year of study, which is equivalent to 48 credit points for masters programs and graduate diplomas, and 24 credit points for graduate certificates. If you enrol in less than full-time study, your fees will reflect the reduction in your enrolment, and an increase in your enrolled credit points will reflect an increase in your overall fees. Information for the following courses can be found at: Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Skills and Ethics Future fee adjustmentsFor future years of your course, Monash University reserves the right to adjust annual tuition fees, however the university undertakes that any adjustment factor will not exceed 6% per annum and will be applied on 1 January each year for that calendar year. FEE-HELPAustralian citizens and holders of permanent humanitarian visas enrolled in an accredited postgraduate award program can choose to pay their tuition fee in three different ways:

FEE-HELP is a loan scheme that assists eligible fee paying students to pay their tuition fees. FEE-HELP can cover all or part of a student's tuition fees. Who is eligible?Australian citizens and holders of a permanent humanitarian visa enrolled in an accredited postgraduate program are eligible for FEE-HELP assistance. FEE-HELP is not available to permanent residents, New Zealand citizens and holders of other permanent residence visas. Information is available on a range of financial issues, including personal budgeting, financial planning and health care card entitlements.
