Graduate Certificate in Law (Tribunal Procedures)

Course structure

The Graduate Certificate in Law (Tribunal Procedures) normally comprises four coursework units. Students must complete at least three of the specialised units Tribunal procedures units.

Students may then choose the remaining units from the full list of all postgraduate units.

Course duration

Normally 6 months full-time study or up to two years part-time.

Course intakes

Semester one (commencing March): Applications close 31 January (domestic)
Semester two (commencing July): Applications close 30 June (domestic)

Entry requirements

Applicants should hold an undergraduate degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification, or have qualifications and experience determined to be suitable preparation for the course.

Please note: International students are not eligible to undertake this degree.

Teaching locations

The majority of units are taught at the city-based Monash University Law Chambers located in the heart of Melbourne’s legal precinct at 472 Bourke Street, Melbourne.
