Greg Campbell is partner in charge of Maddocks' construction and major projects group. He has an honours degree in law and is a qualified building surveyor and inspector. He acts for major building contractors, developers, state and local government authorities, institutions, building professionals, insurers and private clients. Greg's legal expertise is in the areas of construction and engineering law, procurement of major construction projects for public and private sector clients, construction dispute resolution and building legislation and regulation. He advises on appropriate methods of project delivery for commercial projects and prepares construction contracts, consultant's agreements and other documentation. Greg also has considerable expertise in handling major construction litigation as well as practising alternative methods of dispute resolution. He has advised government on the Building Act 1993 and is also a legal adviser to the Victorian Building Commission.
